Thirumoorthy Temple is situated at the foot of the Thirumoorthy hills or Thirumoorthi hillsadjoining the Thirumoorthy dam. The scenic beauty of the Anamalai hill range of Western Ghats, includes the cascading water to the Thirumoorthy reservoir from the Panchalingam Falls.
